1. Data controller

The data controller is Plataforma IA. To exercise your rights or ask a question, email ayuda@plataformaia.com.

2. Data we process

We may process your email when you join the newsletter or waiting list, information you provide when booking a call and messages you voluntarily send to the AI assistant. Do not enter confidential information, passwords, health data or financial information in the chat.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Manage the newsletter and webinar with your consent.
• Answer requests and prepare the assessment you requested.
• Provide the requested chat and protect it against abuse.
• Measure and improve the website only when you accept analytics.

4. Providers

We use Brevo for communications, Cal.com for bookings, OpenAI to generate assistant responses and PostHog Cloud EU for analytics. Each provider processes data under its own terms and data processing agreements. Chat content is excluded from PostHog recordings and events.

5. Retention

Subscription data is kept until you withdraw consent. Contact data is kept while a relationship exists or as needed to handle your request. Chat conversations are not stored in our database in this version, although OpenAI may process them temporarily to generate a response.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability and withdraw consent by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
